Order & Payment

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions. Please reply to the email with your proof of payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us at collaborate@and-a-half.ph. Payment verification may take up to two working days, after which you will receive a payment confirmation email. Orders must be paid within three days; otherwise, they will be released.

Can I modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified once payment has been made. To purchase additional items, please place a new order.

What are your payment options?
We currently accept payments via UnionBank bank transfer.


Refunds & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before payment has been made. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you offer refunds?
All confirmed and paid orders are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in the unlikely event of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

How do I request a refund or cancellation?
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us immediately at collaborate@and-a-half.ph with your order details. We will review your request and respond within two working days.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines. Please note that we do not offer international shipping or same-day delivery.

How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of ₱150 for nationwide shipping.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders are shipped once a week, every Friday. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive a few days after dispatch.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship via J&T Express, and you may track your order using their online tracker at https://www.jtexpress.ph/track-and-trace.
